Service Description

45-75 minute visits designed to illuminate and add clarity, balance, and healing to your life. Individual Therapy is a great place to start in your journey towards growth and or healing. Maybe there's a habit you routinely revert to and don't understand, maybe you've been living with pain and you're finally ready to turn towards it. I draw from evidence based and time tested modalities such as CBT, EMDR, IFS, and Somatic techniques. We collaborate on an individual treatment plan to meet your individual needs. Treatment duration is flexible ranging from 4-6 sessions to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly ongoing visits to maintain goal support and progress.
